Keyboard shortcuts

This is the complete list. If a shortcut you'd expect (like a dedicated new-tab or close-tab key) isn't here, it doesn't exist yet, those actions currently live in the nav sidebar buttons instead.

Shortcut. What it does

Ctrl/Cmd+K. Open or close the AI chat sidebar

Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+A. Open the searchable tab switcher

Escape. Close whichever overlay currently has focus (sidebar, search, history, and more)

Ctrl/Cmd+K (while editing a field on a page). Open the inline command palette to have the AI rewrite that field

Ctrl/Cmd+Z (right after an inline AI edit). Revert that field to what it said before

Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z. Undo / redo a cell edit in the Sheet artifact editor

/. Focus the search box on the search results page (only when not already typing in a field)

Enter / Shift+Enter. Send a chat message / add a new line

Arrow Up / Arrow Down / Enter / Tab. Navigate suggestion lists (address bar, search overlay, slash commands)

Note:

A keyboard shortcut like Ctrl+K that appears *inside* a navigation-agent task description refers to a keystroke the agent simulates on the page it's automating, not a Trace app shortcut. See Navigation agent.
